The FIG Rhythmic Gymnastics World Cup series is set to begin for the third successive year in Faliro for what looks to be a spectacular premiere of the 2024 season. The year’s opening leg will bring together in the Olympic Indoor Hall of Faliro from March 22 to 24 the world’s top gymnasts including Olympic and World medallists like the Italian Sofia Raffaeli, Israel’s Daria Atamanov and Alina Harnasko who is back in action. In all, 38 countries will be represented in the first World Cup of the season.

The 15-team line-up features some of the strongest Rhythmic Gymnastics countries including all the nations that medalled in the 2023 World Championships (China, Israel, Spain, and Ukraine), and traditional powerhouse Bulgaria.

Local fans will have the chance to experience a unique spectacle and cheer for the world’s finest gymnasts who are expected to shine at the upcoming Olympic Games and for the young Greek champions who aim to represent their country in Paris. Admission to the Olympic Indoor Hall of Faliro (aka Taekwondo) is free.

The Hellenic Gymnastics Federation organises the FIG Rhythmic Gymnastics World Cup according to the highest standards set by the International Gymnastics Federation. Co-organisers are the Municipality of Palaio Faliro, the local club GOPF Armonia, under the auspices of the Ministry of Sports, the General Secretariat for Equality and Human Rights, the Region of Attica and the Greek National Tourism Organisation and with the Institutional Support of the Public Properties Company (ETAD).
